The membership subscription is £8.00, payable only by standing order.

To Join:

1. Both application forms and standing order mandates are available from the treasurer, Karen Johnston. (01228 522913) OR

2. e-mail your full postal address and telephone numbers and request a standing order mandate to treasurer@cdadi.co.uk . OR

3. Go to the link on your left to the standing order mandate. Copy and paste this to your computer and print out. Complete section 1 with your bank address, your address and account details and post it to The Treasurer, 20 Cumwhinton Road, Carlisle, CA1 3LA. Then e-mail your address and phone numbers to treasurer@cdadi.co.uk and say that the standing order is in the post.

Please do not sent cash through the post.
